PharmD Application Process and Timelines

Applicants must ensure that they submit sections 1 to 5 of the online PharmD application by 11:59 p.m. (EST) January 5, 2024 for admission in September 2024. 

Supporting documents (e.g. official transcripts) and test scores (e.g. English facility test scores and Casper Test score) may be submitted after the application deadline.

Please note that the online PharmD application and the registration procedure for the Casper Test are separate processes, with different deadlines and fees that must be completed independently of one another.  Note that the last valid Casper Test date is January 10, 2024.

The following table outlines the application process for admission into the PharmD program at the Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy for September 2024:

Online Application 

Applications become available by late September of each year.  You must complete and submit the online application by Friday, January 5, 2024 (at 11:59 p.m. Eastern time) to be considered for admission for September 2024.  Supporting documents (e.g. transcripts) and Casper scores may be submitted after the application deadline by the relevant deadlines listed above.

Applications submitted will be subject to a $250.00 application fee, if submitted by the ‘early bird’ deadline of December 1, 2023.  After December 1, 2023 and up to the final deadline of January 5, 2024, the application fee is $300.  Application fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.

After completing the online application, the following information must be submitted by the relevant deadlines:

Applicants may be asked to submit other documentation including course outlines on a case-by-case basis as applications are reviewed.  Items such as reference letters, personal profiles, etc. are not required and should not be submitted.

Applicants must also acknowledge they have read the Essential Skills and Abilities Required for the Study of Pharmacy document.
