Looking for a compassionate and driven pharmacist with a strong interest in the mental health field to provide pharmaceutical care to clients and pharmacy services both in and out of the pharmacy. Responsibilities include dispensing and checking prescriptions, providing training on controlled acts, performing medication reviews, creating content for education modules, and more.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy required.
- Current license to practice in the province of Ontario.
- Experience in the Mental Health sector preferred.
- Showcase team-player mindset and ability to multi-task.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of pharmacy and pharmacy related operations.
- Injection certified.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with staff, physicians, nurses, caregivers, patients and the community.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a good attendance record.
- Valid G-license.
