Pharmacist FT/PT (North York) - Bayview Village Pharmacy

Responsibilities:

• Licensed to practice pharmacy in Ontario (must have) (Must provide OCP 1234****)
• Providing patient care in dispensary with duties such as: processing and filling prescriptions, following up on patient care, answering phone/fax in a professional manner
• Abide by approved prescriptions, duties and responsibilities as per the Ontario College of Pharmacy regulations
• Should be complained with The College’s Minor Ailments requirements and be knowledgeable and comfortable enough to provide this service
• Documentation of clinical programs such as pharmaceutical opinions, immunizations, Med Review
• Preparing/checking compliance blister packaging
• Supervising pharmacy opening and closing duties, keep the pharmacy clean and organized; supervised other employees for the cleanliness and tidying, and keeping it clean and organized
• Create a healthy learning environment for students and assistants on site
• Inventory management including ordering and receiving of drugs and supplies
• Assist with general over-the-counter inquiries
• Assist with cashier responsibilities as required
• Other duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager
