Pharmacist FT/PT (Fredericton) - Southside PharmaChoice

PharmaChoice is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated pharmacist to participate in the daily dispensary operations working in a team environment and collaborating with other health care professionals.

The ideal candidate would also have an interest in developing specialty areas of practice as well as a passion and interest to develop and implement patient focused programs.

Pharmacist Roles would include:

• Independent thinking and decision making - makes decisions when dealing with issues or problems
• Plan, coordinate, and delegate assignments and provide coaching to Pharmacy colleagues
• Proven ability to drive and build the business, lead by example and support enterprise programs
• Prioritize activities quickly in response to changing initiatives
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Checking compliance packs
• Administering Injections
• Medication Reviews
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
• Counseling on prescriptions and OTC medications
• Involvement Opioid maintenance therapy

Education & Professional Licensing

• Valid license to practice or pending NB license (graduating from pharmacy school in 2023)
• Injection Certified
• Minor Ailment Certified

Hours of Operation

• Monday to Friday 8:30-6

• Saturday 9:00-5:00

• Sunday 12:00-5:00

• Holidays 11-2 (Closed Christmas Day)
