As one of our valued Hospital pharmacists, your responsibilities will include: therapeutic order review, medication reconciliation and patient education. In collaboration with our multi-disciplinary team, you will liaise with pharmacy operations and patient care areas optimizing pharmacotherapy while reducing adverse drug events.
The assets you will bring:
- Degree of Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a PharmD or equivalent
- Certificate of competency from Pharmacy Examination Board of Canada
- Registered as a Part A Pharmacist with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
- Completion of a Canadian Hospital Residency program is an asset, but not required
- Ability to speak French and understand spoken French is considered an asset, but not required

- Salary Range: $46.80 - $62.62/hour (as per the OPSEU Collective Agreement).
