Assistant Professor Lê completed her BScPhm and PharmD degrees at the University of Toronto and a hospital pharmacy residency at Hamilton Health Sciences. She has been a Clinical Pharmacist at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre since 2006, and has wide-ranging clinical experience including General Surgery, Surgical Oncology, Cardiology, and General Internal Medicine. Joining the faculty in 2013, Assistant Professor Lê has taught in the PharmD program, providing over a decade of clinical experience to emerging pharmacists.

In 2019–2020, Assistant Professor Lê held the Pharmacy Innovation Fellowship as part of the TAHSNp Health Professionals Innovation Fellowship Program. Her practice-based research project explored transitions in patient care and the pharmacists’ role in enhancing patient care through discharge medication counselling. Her current research interests extend to emerging areas in pharmacy education, including the use of artificial intelligence in pharmacy practice and evolving new ways to teach students the critical thinking skills needed to navigate and leverage new technologies. 

Most recently, Assistant Professor Lê has made significant contributions to developing the Year 1 curriculum for the new Three-Year PharmD program. She acts as a co-lead for the  Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Working Group, helping guide inclusive approaches to course development and contributes to the creation of a case-writing guide for faculty to support integration of best practices across the new curriculum.
