Lina Ho graduated from the Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy in 2006 and completed a hospital pharmacy residency at Kingston General Hospital, before joining the Princess Margaret Cancer Center in 2007.  She has worked in a variety of oncology practice areas at Princess Margaret including leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma & autologous stem cell transplant, chemotherapy day unit, and allogeneic blood and marrow transplant.

Lina’s current clinical focus is on allogeneic blood and marrow transplant.  In her daily practice, Lina collaborates closely with a multidisciplinary team as well as in various working groups within Princess Margaret’s BMT Program.  Lina also serves as a hematology pharmacist consultant in the Drug Formulary Advisory Committee at Cancer Care Ontario, and collaborates with leukemia and BMT pharmacists across Canada.

Lina is involved in teaching at the Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy (PHM301H1 – Pharmacotherapy 6 – Oncology, Hematology & Immunology Pharmacotherapy), and precepts pharmacy students at various levels, pharmacy interns and residents, and pharmacy technician candidates.
