- Describe the evolving treatment landscape for acute leukemias, highlighting the role of targeted agents--like tyrosine kinase inhibitors--and complex combination regimens in improving patient outcomes.
- Formulate appropriate antimicrobial prophylaxis and infection management strategies tailored to highly immunocompromised patients with hematologic malignancies.
- Identify actionable strategies to improve transitions of care, side-effect management, and drug-interaction monitoring for blood cancer patients moving between hospital and community pharmacy settings.
