Karlee is a Senior Lecturer at the Australian National University School of Medicine and Psychology, where she is the Lead for Student Development and Wellbeing. Karlee is also a clinical pharmacist consultant (FANZCAP – CritCare, Edu.) with more than 20 years clinical experience, and winner of the 2023 Australian Clinical Pharmacy award. Karlee’s research is focused on pharmacist burnout, with an aim to finding solutions to burnout and improving pharmacist’s wellbeing. Karlee has recently implemented restorative peer support programs at multiple sites across Australia, and provides keynotes, workshops, training, education and support for pharmacists in restorative communication to optimise workplace culture and wellbeing.
