Sharon Yamashita, Assistant Professor - Status

Sharon Yamashita completed her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy at the University of Toronto in 1985, followed by a hospital pharmacy residency at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre. After working for several years as a staff pharmacist, she went on to earn her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the State University of New York at Buffalo. Since 1990, she has held the position of Clinical Coordinator, Critical Care, with the Department of Pharmacy at Sunnybrook.  Sharon is an Assistant Professor with the Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Toronto, where she as coordinated and taught in various Pharmacotherapy courses. Sharon is a Fellow with the Canadian Society of Health-Systems Pharmacy.
