Peter Zhang is a PhD student at the Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy, where he researches entrepreneurship education. He graduated from the combined PharmD/MBA program at the University of Toronto and spent time as a Marketing Manager at Johnson & Johnson, working across therapeutic areas that included psychiatry, dermatology, and primary care.
Today he is Director of Business Acceleration at ODAIA, where he helps life science companies use AI to educate clinicians and improve patient outcomes. He also practices as a hospital pharmacist at Southlake Health and sits on the board of the Centre for Effective Practice.
Peter is a guest lecturer and speaker, giving sessions for universities, associations, and industry. He is passionate about knowledge translation, and he enjoys writing for a general audience.
