Leveraging Data for Useful Evaluation in Pharmacy Education
Join Ken Cor and Jenna Gilchrist for an engaging discussion on emerging approaches to collect, analyze, understand, and utilize data to evaluate pharmacy education programs in Canada.
Ken will share examples from the University of Alberta, including how student performance data and student, faculty, and staff survey data are shared back to support decision making. Jenna will share some of the initial work being done with the results of the Association of Faculties of Pharmacy of Canada (AFPC) Graduating Students Survey and plans for evaluating the new 3-year PharmD program at the University of Toronto’s Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy.
Bring your questions – our discussion time at the end will dive deeper into future opportunities and challenges for using pharmacy education data effectively.
