Leader in Residence, Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy

Mike Sullivan co-founded Cubic Health in 2003 and serves as the company’s Chief Executive Officer. Cubic provides Plan & Predictive Analytics as well as clinically based solutions to self-insured health benefit plans ranging in size from 1,000 to over 500,000 employee lives.

He began his career as a Community Pharmacist and has previous experience working in both the Pharmaceutical and Benefits Consulting industries. Mike currently serves as the Leader-in-Residence at the Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Toronto.

Mike is a frequent speaker domestically and internationally on topics related to the management of health benefits for groups such as the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP), International Society of Employee Benefit Specialists (ISCEBS), Canadian Pension & Benefits Institute (CPBI) and the Conference Board of Canada.

As the CTO and co-founder of MedEssist, Michael combines his pharmacy experience with his programming skills to lead the clinical and engineering teams.

Eric is the Chief Commercial Officer of ODAIA Intelligence, a SaaS company that leverages AI to ingest multiple data sources and empower marketers and sales reps to optimize their segmentation, targeting and execution to maximize sales.

Previously from 2018-2022, he was EVP and GM of Medicx Health, a data-driven healthcare company that delivers multi-channel media to Micro-Neighborhoods® with specific patients. He was responsible for the business P&L, while leading most teams, including sales, marketing, business operations, performance analytics, strategy and digital media. From 2012-2018, he took on increasing responsibility at WebMD where he ultimately built and led a multi-functional team doing strategic sales, competitive intelligence, business intelligence, market research, statistical analyses and data-driven marketing.

Nicole Lim Tung is a practicing community pharmacist with multiple years of experience. She completed a 6 month software engineering boot-camp from General Assembly before joining MedEssist as a clinical software engineer. She has utilized her pharmacy and U of T experience to lead multiple projects including; leading software development of a national telemedicine travel health integration, leading software development of adult vaccination and COVID-19 pharmacy programs in partnership with Pfizer, and creating data collection functions that led to published research in collaboration with university professors

In addition, Chris leads innovation and new product development, as Cubic’s offerings continuously evolve to meet the needs of its clients.
