Progressing pharmacy’s role in supporting access to PrEP across Canada

Register

Join us for an important and timely discussion on access to HIV-related medication across Canada. Our session will begin with an overview of the Canadian landscape with respect to pharmacist prescribing for PrEP (HIV Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis). We’ll then dive into the research and guidelines that underscore the disparate access to PrEP among individuals in provinces and territories across Canada and discuss the role of pharmacist prescribing in sexual health care. Our panel will round out the session by focusing on the implications for policy and practice.
