Mental Health First Aid Training for Pharmacists

What happens when pharmacists receive Mental Health First Aid training? Drawing from three studies from her Manitoba research group - a scoping review, the first Canadian pre/post study of MHFA in pharmacy practice, and a national public survey - Dr. Christine Leong traces the evidence from pharmacist confidence to patient encounters to public trust, and what it means for pharmacy education, practice, and policy. We'll also have Dr. Maria Zhang joining us for remarks following the presentation.
